We are pleased to offer return service on ONLY products that arrive damaged within TWO (2) days after you receive the order at no cost to you.
We also ask you to send us an email with damaged product image(s) BEFORE returning your products. You must contact us first at INFO@FLORALARTATELIER.COM within the TWO (2) day return period of receiving your order. After reviewing the case, we will issue a return shipping label for your return. All preserved Floral Art products must be shipped back in the original packaging . The returned items will be inspected to see if it is qualified for a return.
